WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Iranian Foreign Minister Manoucher Mottaki is visiting Washington to inspect Iran’s unofficial diplomatic office in the U.S. capital, but there are no plans for him to meet U.S. officials, the State Department said on Wednesday.
